Eating dining hall food day after day loses its appeal after the first couple of weeks. That’s why I created a biweekly blog on Baked Magazine’s homepage called “A Fresh Perspective” during the spring semester of my sophomore year, inventing dishes out of the foods available in the dining hall and encouraging others to get creative with me.
